We had hot and sour soup, Kobe beef pot stickers, crab Rangoon, general Tsos chicken and the best pork fried rice we've ever had. Keep up the good work! ”

We spend a ton of time at the Encore in Las Vegas so we had high expectations...And they were exceeded. I asked for a chicken pad Thai with a 8/10 spice level.THEY DELIVERED. It was the most wonderful, spicy, non greasy pad Thai I’ve ever had. Honestly, I ate way too much because it was so divine. My fiance had the pineapple fried rice— it was gorgeous, and delicious. Ricky was our server and he was extremely attentive, noticing when I was on the last sip of my glass of wine, checking in at the right moments. If you want exceptional service ask to have him as your server. The manager stopped by to see how everything was, and made sure the pad Thai wasn’t too spicy (you’ll see why when you see the photo)— we let him know it was PERFECT. The crab Rangoon and the BBQ pork buns were incredible as well. Ended with the black tea and flower tea. What a delightful dinner! The negative reviews are BS. Dine here and thank me later. “ Firstly I must say I value (in chronological order) food, service and ambience. Red 8 was a 5 across the board! I planned my mother's 60th Birthday celebration at Red 8, it was a group of 18 guests so booking had to go through Encore. I had the pleasure of working with Cassidy who was responsive, patient and shared great ideas/options to make the event custom to our liking (custom menu, balloons, poster etc). The venue is incredibly beautiful with splashes of gold, red and blue with elevated elegance. Our servers Ricky and Iris were phenomenal. Ricky was incredibly honest, knowledgeable and guided me through the menu throughout the night. Iris was incredibly attentive and ensured all guests were served and taken care of. The events manager and shift manager were so welcoming and friendly.As I mentioned to start, food is usually top for me but after the service we received at RED 8, I don't think I can accept anything less. Highly recommend Red 8 Encore for your next group event. ”

“ This is the BEST Cantonese restaurant outside of Boston! They are a meticulous restaurant with a great emphasis on providing the best attention to detail in their ambiance, plating, and service. I highly recommend their Peking Duck, sweet and sour pork, and those fat and juicy clams in black bean sauce! Definitely a must try! Given that the restaurant is inside Encore Boston Harbor casino, diners under 21 years old go through a different door. Talk to the hostess and they will open the door for them from the hallway. ”
